FAQ

Built for people who want full control over their data.

Is my data really private?

Yes. SecurEnd uses zero-knowledge encryption, which means your data is encrypted before it leaves your device. No one — not even SecurEnd — can access your files.

What does “locked with a PIN” mean?

When you lock a file or folder, it is encrypted with a PIN you set. Only someone with that PIN can unlock and view the content.

Do you show ads or track users?

No. SecurEnd has no ads and no tracking, even in the free version. Your data is never shared or monetized.

What happens with time-limited sharing?

When you share a file with a time limit, access starts after the file is opened. Once the time expires, the recipient automatically loses access.

What are self-destructing files?

Self-destructing files are automatically deleted everywhere — from the recipient, your vault, and the server — once the time expires. The file cannot be recovered.

Can I use SecurEnd on multiple devices?

Yes. The Pro version allows secure syncing across multiple devices. The free version is limited to one device.

What is the Decoy Vault?

The Decoy Vault is an extra vault with fake files used for protection. You can switch between the real vault and the decoy vault anytime.

What happens if someone signs into my account?

You will receive an email notification with device, location, and time. Pro users can remotely sign out any device instantly.
